FoundersForge is a local entrepreneurship center serving the Tri-Cities region of Tennessee. During my time there, I led a market case study to inform the organization’s strategic direction, interviewing more than a dozen stakeholders and board members to align its identity and messaging with its goals.
 

Alongside managing social media, print, and email marketing, I developed brand identities for major entrepreneurial events including TriDev, Founders Meetup, Spark Women, Founders After 5, and The Pitch. I founded the Appalachian Creative Marketing Meetup, which became the largest marketing meetup in the region, and oversaw several interns. I also developed the brand and marketing strategy for Startup Mountain Summit, which became the organization’s primary annual fundraising event.
