I built the brand and marketing strategy for Startup Mountain Summit from the ground up, with the goal of attracting founders, investors, and entrepreneurs from beyond Northeast Tennessee. Rather than following the polished, corporate aesthetic common among startup conferences, I created a brand that felt adventurous, energetic, and experiential. I developed the visual identity, marketing materials, digital content, and funnel campaigns designed to move audiences from awareness to registration, creating a cohesive brand experience across the event and its marketing.
